We collect the information you provide when you create an account (name, email, trade, location), the content of resumes and cover letters you create, and basic technical data (IP address, browser type) needed to operate the service.
2. How we use it
Your data is used to provide the resume builder, deliver job matches and alerts, process applications you submit to employers, and improve our AI suggestions. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Sharing
When you apply to a job, the employer receives your resume and contact information. We share data with service providers (hosting, AI inference, payment processing) under strict confidentiality. We may disclose data when required by law.
4. AI processing
Text you submit to our AI tools is sent to our AI inference provider to generate suggestions. We do not allow that provider to train their models on your content.
5. Your rights
You can edit, export, or delete your data at any time from your account settings. Contact us at privacy@perfectcollar.ai for any other requests.
6. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure—if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
