Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Perfect Collar, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 to use Perfect Collar. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account.
3. Your content
You own the resumes, cover letters, and other content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content as needed to provide the service (including AI suggestions and delivery to employers you apply to).
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Perfect Collar to misrepresent credentials, post fraudulent jobs, harass other users, scrape data, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Paid services
Employer job postings and union subscriptions are paid. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee job placement, AI accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Always review AI-generated content before submitting it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
